Shipping
UPS Ground All products available for ordering online
are kept in stock and are shipped within 48-hours of
payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. However,
we ask that you allow 7-10 days for delivery. If you
need your item by a certain date, please call us to
confirm that the product is in stock and will be shipped
immediately. If you are ordering more than eight of
any one item, your order may take more than two days
to prepare and ship. Rush shipments are also accepted
- please call us for RUSH delivery requests and delivery
fees.
All items are shipped UPS Ground unless other arrangements
are made. Please call or email us if you require special
shipping.
Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
For Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and international export
shipments, please email us at sales@chameleonoutfitters.com
for freight charges.
Order Policy
We reserve the right to refuse any orders that do
not include complete contact information such as phone
number, email address, or complete mailing address.
Also, any orders that include a shipping address that
is different from a billing address may be delayed until
we can confirm the validity of the order. We also reserve
the right to refuse orders based on unreasonable custom
options, quantities, shipment dates, color availability,
etc.
Volume Discounts
All orders with 12 units or more of the same product
will receive a special pricing discount. Please contact
us at (605) 589-3456 for pricing info.
Warranty
Chameleon Outfitters warrants its products for one year
against all defects in materials or workmanship. Should
a defect occur, send product, post paid, with return
postage and proof of purchase to Chameleon Outfitters.
The company is the sole judge of whether the merchandise
is defective and has the right to repair, replace or
issue credit for merchandise at original invoice price.
We also offer a limited 30-day return policy for items
our customers are otherwise unhappy with - please call
us if you are unhappy with a product.
Return Authorization and Repair Policy
Returns
Product shipments must be inspected and returned
within 30 days of receipt. All returns require prior
factory authorization.
Repair Policy
It is currently our policy to repair anything that
goes wrong with any product we manufacture, due to normal
wear and tear or defective: strap, seams, zippers, and
material.
All return merchandise must have a Return Authorization
Number displayed on the outside of the carton(s).

Send all returns to the address below with your name,
address, phone number, copy of original invoice, and
a brief description of what needs to be repaired. Include
$5.00 for return shipping.

Won't Repair
Any product intentionally destroyed or excessively
abused. Examples include, cut with knife, scissors,
burned, run over, or drug behind your vehicle.
